Come out and enjoy a fun day of shopping and community at the Pahrump Craft Fair! Discover handmade goods, creative crafts, and unique products from talented local vendors — all in one place.

Enjoy a comfortable, welcoming environment complete with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, great music, and a fun, lively atmosphere that makes the whole experience even sweeter!
Staff will be on-site throughout the entire event to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist with any questions or needs. They’ll be welcoming guests and will regularly circulate to check in with all vendors and attendees.
SETUP: Vendor setup will begin on Saturday, at 11 AM. Please remember to bring all necessary setup materials, as these will not be provided at this time. There is power available if you need to plug anything in.
BREAKDOWN: Breakdown may begin only after the event concludes on Saturday, at 6 PM. Early breakdowns are not permitted. Doing so may result in disqualification from participating in future events. If you anticipate needing to break down early, please contact us in advance to discuss your situation.

The Day Before the Event
You'll receive a detailed email the evening before the event with final information. Depending on the event, this may include a vendor map showing your assigned space. Please note: for Our Place events and Free events, a vendor map will not be provided. Our staff will assign your spot when you arrive.
To secure your spot, submit your payment and application through here. You’ll receive an 'Order Fulfilled' email as confirmation that you've been added to the event lineup. If there are any issues, a member of our team will reach out to you. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder in case our message lands there!
