Return & Exchange Policy

• Return Window: Customers have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request a return for store credit or exchange only.

• Final Sale Items:

  • All food items, consumables, and bath/body products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Item Condition:

  • To be eligible for store credit or exchange, items must be in original condition with tags still attached.

• Discretionary Rights:

  • We reserve the right to decline any store credit or exchange request at our discretion, regardless of reason.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are the property of the issuer.

• Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

• Are not redeemable for cash.

• Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.

• Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Thrift Items

• All Thrift and Trade Roots items are FINAL SALE.

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.
