Join Us for Our First Sip & Shop at Our Place Coffee Shop!
We’re thrilled to host our very first Sip & Shop event inside the cozy and welcoming Our Place Coffee Shop in Pahrump, NV!
📍 Location: 1401 S. HWY 160, Pahrump, NV

🕛 Time: 12 PM – 5 PM
Vendor Details
Vendor spaces will be located indoors at Our Place Coffee Shop and will vary in size. Each vendor space includes a $5 credit to enjoy something delicious from Our Place—one credit per space.
Please be respectful of the venue’s furniture and layout. Help us maintain a clean, tidy, and professional space so we can continue bringing events like this to the community.
Note: A new vendor application must be submitted for each event you'd like to participate in.
Setup Instructions
🕚 Setup begins at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 8th.
Please use the side entrance near the back parking area for loading. Do not use the front entrance for bringing in your items. Early setup is not permitted—Boss Babe staff will be available to assist starting at 11 AM. Our Place staff will not be available to help with vendor setup.
Tables will be provided for most spaces (see pricing details for specifics). Chairs will be available for everyone. Be sure to bring all additional materials you need for your setup.
Parking
Vendor parking is available behind the building. Please do not park in front, as those spaces are reserved for customers.
Indoor restrooms will be available for vendors and guests.
Breakdown Instructions
Breakdown begins only after 5:00 PM on the day of the event. Early breakdowns are not allowed and may result in disqualification from future events.
If you have an emergency or need to leave early, please contact us in advance to discuss options.
Support & Coordination
Our event coordinators will be on-site throughout the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist vendors and guests. They’ll also be welcoming attendees and checking in regularly with all vendors.
