Step into an enchanting evening filled with local vendors, each offering unique goods and sweet treats for trick-or-treaters of all ages. Enjoy the festive glow of lights, the sounds of live music, and the delicious aromas from food trucks serving up tasty eats.

Location: 2160 E Calvada Blvd, Pahrump NV

Vendor spaces are 10×10 each or a single 6 foot table.

The event will be held outdoors on October 25th 2025 from 11 AM to 8 PM.

Our staff will be on-site throughout the entire event to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist with any questions or needs.

SETUP: Vendor setup will begin on Saturday, October 25th, 10 AM. Please remember to bring all necessary setup materials, as these will not be provided. There will be no power provided and the parking lot is dimly lit so please bring battery packs and lights to light up your booth. We will have lights going on for the Night Market. Parking is located in the back of the building. Indoor restroom is available for everyone.

BREAKDOWN: Breakdown may begin only after the event concludes on Saturday night, October 25th at 8 PM. Early breakdowns are not permitted. Doing so may result in disqualification from participating in future events. If you anticipate needing to break down early, please contact us in advance to discuss your situation.

The Day Before the Event
You'll receive a detailed email the evening before the event with final information. Depending on the event, this may include a vendor map showing your assigned space. Please note: for Our Place events, a vendor map will not be provided. Our staff will assign your spot when you arrive.

To secure your spot, submit your payment and application through here. You’ll receive an 'Order Fulfilled' email as confirmation that you've been added to the event lineup.
