🎁 Join Us for Our 2nd Annual Jingle & Joy Toy Drive Party! 🎄
We’re thrilled to invite you to our Jingle & Joy Toy Drive Party — a fun-filled community event supporting our second annual toy drive!
This family-friendly celebration is free to attend and free outside space for vendors to participate. Instead of a vendor fee, we simply ask that each vendor contribute to the cause by donating toys to the drive. It’s a great way to give back while showcasing your products to a festive crowd! Indoor vendors will have a vendor fee.
Come enjoy a joyful day filled with local vendors, delicious food, free kids’ crafts, family fun, and plenty of holiday cheer. And don’t forget — Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be making a special appearance to spread even more magic!
Let’s come together to make this season brighter for families in need. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Vendor spaces outside are 10×10 each or a single 6 foot table.
Inside is for a single 6’ or 4’ table.

The OUTDOOR and INDOOR event will be held on December 13th 2025 from 11 AM to 6 PM.
PLEASE NOTE:
Indoor vendors are not required to be physically present at the event unless they prefer to be. For non-cottage food vendors, Boss Babe can manage sales on your behalf.
However, cottage food vendors must handle their own sales in person due to regulations—but you are not required to be present every day or for the full event hours. We’re happy to display your availability at your table and online so customers know when to find you.

Our staff will be on-site throughout the entire event to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist with any questions or needs. They’ll be welcoming guests and will regularly circulate to check in with all vendors and attendees.
SETUP: Outdoor vendor setup will begin on Saturday, December 13th, 10 AM. Indoor vendor setup will be from 11am-7pm on Wednesday, December 10th. Please remember to bring all necessary setup materials, as these will not be provided. There will be no power provided and the parking lot is dimly lit so please bring battery packs and lights to light up your booth. We will have lights going on for the Night Market Light Show. Parking is located in the back of the building. Indoor restroom is available for everyone.
BREAKDOWN: Breakdown may begin only after the event concludes on Saturday night, December 13th at 4 PM. Early breakdowns are not permitted. Doing so may result in disqualification from participating in future events. If you anticipate needing to break down early, please contact us in advance to discuss your situation.

The Day Before the Event
You'll receive a detailed email the evening before the event with final information. Depending on the event, this may include a vendor map showing your assigned space. Please note: for Our Place events, a vendor map will not be provided. Our staff will assign your spot when you arrive.
To secure your spot, submit your payment and application through here. You’ll receive an 'Order Fulfilled' email as confirmation that you've been added to the event lineup. If there are any issues, a member of our team will reach out to you. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder in case our message lands there!
