


Pop-Up Vendor Consignment Program
This form is for enrolling in our Pop-Up Vendor Consignment Program, which gives you the opportunity to sell your products in-store as part of our curated retail experience.
Please note the following details before signing up:
The program fee is a recurring monthly charge, automatically deducted from your account each month.
You are free to cancel your membership at any time by signing into your customer account on our website.
Program fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel mid-cycle.
Once a payment is made, your participation in the program remains active until the end of that current billing period.
Space Setup
Pop-up consignment vendors are responsible for setting up and maintaining a designated space within the Boss Babe event space.
Events
When a pop-up or private event is scheduled, vendors are required to temporarily move out of the space and then move back in once the event has concluded. If a vendor wishes to participate in the pop-up event and keep their items in the space during that time, they must pay the designated event vendor fee for that day. Their is no option to keep items in the space while a private event is going on.
Advertising
Boss Babe Market promotes the store as a whole through general advertising and social media. We do not follow a set schedule or guarantee individual vendor promotions. While vendor participation in advertising is not required, we strongly encourage it — the more we all promote the store and your individual products, the greater the opportunity for shared success. Boss Babe may take pictures of your products to use in advertising.
Monthly Rent
Consignment vendors are not charged traditional rent. Instead, a $50 monthly program fee is automatically charged to your account.
Commission
We take a 25% commission from each sale. The vendor will receive 75% of the sale.
Deposit
There is no deposit required to join the consignment program.
Commitment
There is no long-term commitment. The program is month-to-month, and you are free to cancel or rejoin at any time.
Product Adding & Removal
You have full control over your inventory. You may add or remove products at any time while your account is active.
There are no penalties for removing products, though we recommend keeping items in-store whenever possible, even if you’re attending an outside event, so customers can continue shopping your products.
When adding products, all items must be pre-loaded into your seller account. Our team will review each product at drop-off to ensure they meet our standards and store guidelines.
