Pop-Up at Boss Babe Boutique – Free Indoor Vendor Spots!
We're excited to offer free indoor vendor space at Boss Babe Boutique on select Fridays and Saturdays, when we don't have other scheduled events. This is a great opportunity for small businesses to get in front of customers without the cost of a booth fee!
Our goal is to support local vendors by giving you a space to set up, sell, and let your customers know exactly where to find you.
📍 Location: Boss Babe Boutique, 2160 E Calvada Blvd, Pahrump NV
🗓️ Availability: Select Fridays & Saturdays (based on store schedule)
🕒 Time: During regular business hours (typically 12 PM – 6 PM)
Vendor Expectations:
Promotion is Required: To help bring in foot traffic, you must promote your participation in local Facebook groups and to your own customer base. This ensures your followers know you’ll be set up at the boutique.
Lets Keep It Free: We are currently offering these spots completely free, but if we begin to experience frequent no-shows, we will implement a small fee to reserve your space.
No Shows: If a vendor no-shows without notice, they take the opportunity away from another vendor. Please only reserve a spot if you’re committed to attending.
Clean & Professional Setup: Help us keep the space welcoming and professional. Be respectful of store displays and leave your area clean.
If you're interested in booking a date, please secure your spot directly online. A quick vendor form will be required for each pop-up day you'd like to join.

Setup Instructions
🕚 Setup begins at 11:30 AM on the day you scheduled.
Tables and chairs will not be provided so be sure to bring all materials you need for your setup. Each spot can fit a 6’ table or gridwalls. If you have questions about setup please reach out to us. Space is limited so any wagon, carts, or extra setup materials will either need to go under your table or back out to your vehicle.
Parking
Parking is in front of the building.
Restrooms
Indoor restrooms will be available for vendors and guests.
Breakdown Instructions
Breakdown begins at 6:00 PM on the you scheduled. Early breakdowns are not allowed and may result in disqualification from future events. If you are going to be with us consecutive days you may leave your setup overnight.
If you have an emergency or need to leave early, please contact us in advance to discuss options.
Support & Coordination
Staff will be on-site throughout the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist vendors and guests.
