Get ready for three days of spooktacular fun at our second annual Halloween-themed vendor pop-up market! This exciting event will take place indoors for all three days, with an added bonus of outdoor festivities on Saturday, October 11, 2025 — perfect for families, trick-or-treaters, and Halloween lovers of all ages.
📍 Location: 2160 E Calvada Blvd, Pahrump, NV

🎪 Vendor Booth Size: 10' x 10'
We’re offering discounted rates for outdoor vendors, since outdoor participation is limited to one day only. It's a great opportunity to showcase your products, connect with the community, and be part of one of Pahrump’s most anticipated fall events.

The event will be held:
Indoors October 23rd-25th 2025 from 11 AM to 6 PM all days.
Outdoors on October 25th 2025 from 11 AM to 6 PM.
Our staff will be on-site throughout the entire event to ensure everything runs smoothly and to assist with any questions or needs. They’ll be welcoming guests and will regularly circulate to check in with all vendors and attendees.
Can’t Be There All Three Days?
No worries! If you're unavailable for the full event, we’ve got you covered. Our team can manage your booth and handle sales on your behalf. We simply take a small commission to cover transaction fees, staffing, and materials — making it easy and stress-free for you. This does not apply to cottage food items, we cannot sell those for you but you can leave your setup and just take your products while you aren’t here.
Concerned About Licensing?
We’ve got that covered too. Just give us a call during regular business hours at 775-505-2870 to discuss the details. Please note that we are unable to check voicemail, so be sure to call when we're open. Business hours can be found on our website.
SETUP: Indoor vendor setup will begin on Wednesday, October 22nd, 11 AM-6 PM. Outdoor vendor setup will begin on Saturday, October 25th, 10 AM. Please remember to bring all necessary setup materials, as these will not be provided. There will be no power provided and the parking lot is dimly lit so please bring battery packs and lights to light up your booth. We will have lights going on for the Night Market Light Show. Parking is located in the back of the building. Indoor restroom is available for everyone.
BREAKDOWN: Breakdown may begin only after the event concludes. Indoor vendors on Saturday night, October 25th at 6 PM. Outdoor vendors on Saturday night, October 25th at 8 PM. Early breakdowns are not permitted. Doing so may result in disqualification from participating in future events. If you anticipate needing to break down early, please contact us in advance to discuss your situation.
